2009 Fruit all in!!

Our harvest is over with the last of our fruit coming in last Tuesday 21st April. With perfect dry conditions throughout the whole of our picking schedule, the fruit is showing great promise for yet another year of stunning wines to add to the portfolio.

 

Simon, Jeremy and Tim are extremely happy with the fruit and flavours and are pleased with the ferments and the way they are expressing the different characteristics from the sites they were picked.
 
A new wine they are particularly excited about this year, is the Pinot Gris they are producing from the Kekerengu Coast. This wine is destined to supersede the Awatere Pinot Gris in the Discovery range.
